Protein Powder

While you should get most of your protein from food sources, it can be hard to get in the amount of protein needed to ensure muscle development. I used protein powder in my smoothies and add it to granola and Greek yogurt for an added boost of protein and flavor. I love that this is grass-fed and has clean ingredients. Coffee Creamer that won't Break your Fast

One of the biggest questions I get asked is, "Can I have coffee when I am fasting?" Yes you can but it's important not to have creamers with sugar or added ingredients that can cause your insulin to spike and take you out of fast. This is my go-to brand for creamer!
